Manufacturing process
All products of RegeneTiss are manufactured in our own factory in Japan. In order to provide safe and efficacious products to our customers, we carefully produce our products one by one in the clean room equipped with the latest equipment. Please take a look into the manufacturing process until the product is delivered to you.
Step 1
Preparation of EX-polyP®
We put "sodium polyphosphate" into a glass container called "fractionating device" and thoroughly mix. After stirring, we leave the mixture undisturbed for more than 24 hours to allow the separation and precipitation of "EX-polyP®" at the bottom of the container.
This is repeated several times for the extraction and purification of EX-polyP®.
Step 2
Preparation of product
All products of RegeneTiss are manufactured in a clean room where temperature, humidity and hygiene are strictly managed. All employees are required to wear protective clothing (dust free coverall and hair cover) to cover the whole body and hair, and remove dust with an air shower before entering the clean room.
We dispense the purified EX-polyP® for each product in individual tanks. All products before completion have to undergo heating, dissolution, emulsification, dispersion, cooling and filtration. Products are completed after quality inspections according to internal standards.
Step 3
Completion
In the clean room, the finished formulation is carefully filled into bottles one by one manually by hand. Then they are put in a cosmetic box, film packaged and further packaged for delivery. After final inspection, the finished products are carefully delivered to our customers.
